BRUCE'S STORY
Bruce has lived in Boulder and Boulder County since 1972, except for a three year world tour in the mid to late 1970's. He returned to Boulder and attended Naropa Institute in 1979, graduating in 1982. From 1983 until 1992 Bruce, and his two partners owned four of the largest and most popular magazines in the Boulder County area. In 1991 they sold their magazines to someone interested in transforming the magazines into Online Websites for advertisers. Around that time Bruce began a rewarding real estate career and never looked back.
As a long- time member of the Boulder community Bruce has provided professional expertise to hundreds of buyers and sellers. Bruce's formula for success has been…"Genuinely listen to your client's needs." What do they want? How can I help them get it?"
Bruce has excellent professional connections, intimate knowledge of Boulder County, and a media marketing background. He's been helping Sellers and Buyers make the difficult decisions necessary to successfully achieve their real estate dreams for 33 years. Both of Bruce's children were born in Boulder. And, both of them graduated from the University of Colorado.
Over the past forty years Bruce has volunteered and participated with organizations such as the City of Boulder Open Space Advisory Committee, the Energy Smart Program, Shining Mountain Waldorf School, The Wilderness Society, The Boulder County Restaurant Association, Always Buy Colorado, The Naropa Institute, Roots Music Project, the Boulder and Denver Chambers of Commerce, the BNI Flatirons Networking Group, and … AIRBNB.
Bruce and his wife Susanna have managed their own Airbnb Properties from the time Airbnb was first created around 2008. They are "Super Hosts." They have hosted over 1,000 Airbnb guests over the years, both in Boulder and in the Boulder County mountains. They are presently preparing to host guests for the Sundance Music Festival, which will begin in Boulder in 2027. Boulder is their home. They can help you make it yours, too.
